1 kg bhindi/Lady finger (okra)
4 tbls corn flour
2 tsps full ginger paste
For seasoning:
salt to taste
pepper to taste
½ tsp ajino moto

cut the lady finger diagonally.
add salt, pepper, cornflour, ginger paste and ajino moto
mix well with very little water
(it should not be watery)
deep fry
serve with red hot chutney
