1 cup semolina
1/2 cup ghee
1 cup milk
For seasoning:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp saffron
1/2 cup almonds & pistachios
1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Heat ghee
Add semolina and cook on gentle heat
Stir until semolina is light brown in colour
Lower heat and add milk and keep stirring
Add sugar and saffron
When milk and sugar has been absorbed, add nuts and raisins and mix
Serve at hot or at room temperature
