13oz Strawberries,roughly chopped
½ pint of low-fat natural yogurt
1oz golden caster sugar
1½ pint of ice cold water
few drops of rose water
For seasoning:
coursely ground black pepper

Place the strawberries in a food processor with half of the iced water. Blend until smooth.
Add the yogurt, sugar, remaining water and the rosewater and blitz until smooth and frothy.
Serving:
Pour into chilled, tall glasses, sprinkle with black pepper and serve straight away.
